Online Radio (SPEAKING)

SPEAKING: RADIO SHOW:
An extra activity to do this week has to do with the speaking skill, which is sometimes difficult to practise in remote teaching/learning. The main goal is to create a very simple audio file that you can record with your mobile or the computer recorder (no more than 1m) about any of the questions and dilemmas posed. You can choose any situation and comment about it. You can read, improvise or simply express informally about the topic you want (from the list or the situations suggested). We´ll try to select some chunks for a collaborative radio broadcast. Just send it by mail or use any tool (vocaroo is still a good option) and we´ll try to do our best.
  • Have you ever found a smart phone? What did you do? If you haven’t, what do you think you would do?
  • Would you risk your life to save another person?
  • Would you jump into a deep river to save a drowning animal?
  • What should a person do if they find a wallet? What would you do?
  • Is stealing always wrong? When is it right to steal?
  • If you could save people by killing one person, would you?
  • How often do you lie? When is it okay to lie?
  • Should poor people be punished for stealing if they are stealing to feed their family?
